Burns & Levinson represents Yogibo for sale on Web Shark
Burns & Levinson announced today that he represented New Hampshirebased on Yogibo LLC in the sale of the company to Shark Web Co., Ltd., based in Osaka, Japan. The acquisition of Yogibo, known for its innovative pouf furniture that adapts to the user’s body, was completed on December 30, 2021 and was announced by Web Shark on January 12, 2022.
The Yogibo brand was founded in 2009 by Eyal Levy, who will continue as CEO of the company. In 2014, Web Shark became Yogibo’s sales agent Japan. Today, Yogibo has approximately 130 stores worldwide in the U.S. Japan, Canada, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, i Netherlands.
The Burns & Levinson agreement team was led by the partner Gil Breiman with important contributions from partner Alex Khalarian and lawyers Michael Andreasen, Lauren Barrett, i Rodney Bedow, along with the support of other specialists from the firm.
